This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and OVIC.io (“Provider”), the developer and owner of the Captain Learning App (“App”), in collaboration with US Aviation Group LLC (“US Aviation Academy”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By using the App, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, for any disputes arising from this Agreement or the App’s use.
